Follow up to Sept. 27 review above; I love this thump keg! the heart of the process, increasing alcho content with second distillation, and the infuser jar mount on top. allowed me to pre-heat the thumper charge and open the valve as needed to increase my desired flavors as the run went. No flavor wasted on heads – 0 – !! I am thrilled with my first few batches, it took trial and error to dial everything in and get to this point. Its very cool to be able to re-charge the thump mid-way thru hearts, and this has allowed me to make by far my best tasting product to-date. Produced 150% proof with a 6 % starting wash. Shipped perfectly, highest quality copper welds, obvious care and craftmanship displayed throughout PhilBilly’s work.
